Processing Times

As many of our products are personalised and made to order, we take great care in preparing each item.

- Non-personalised items are usually dispatched within 1 working day.
- Personalised items are usually dispatched within 3–5 working days.

Please note that these are estimated processing times and may be slightly longer during busy periods.

Delivery

We offer UK Standard Delivery for a flat rate of £3.99 per order.

Orders are shipped using a reputable courier service selected at the time of dispatch. Once your order has been dispatched, delivery typically takes 2–4 working days, although delivery times are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Where tracking is available, you will receive your tracking details once your order has been dispatched.

Delivery Address

Please ensure your delivery address is correct before placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for delays or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.

Delayed or Lost Deliveries

If your order has not arrived within 10 working days of receiving your dispatch confirmation, please contact us at info@madewithdua.co.uk and we will be happy to investigate with the courier.
