We cannot accept responsibility for errors supplied by the customer once production has begun.

If we cancel an order after payment has been taken, a full refund will be issued.

While we aim to dispatch orders promptly, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by postal services, couriers or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

As many of our products are personalised, they are exempt from the standard cancellation rights for change of mind once production has begun.
